Banana Pancakes

Holy moly these pancakes!

You guys–this is my new favorite breakfast and is SO easy to prepare!

Ingredients:

For pancakes:

1 ripe banana mashed

2 eggs

a cap-full of vanilla extract

a dash of cinnamon

For topping:

2% Greek Yogurt, Vanilla Stevia drops for sweetness

Directions:

Combine all ingredients for pancakes. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Cook pancakes 1-2 minutes each side until cooked through.

For topping, combine Greek Yogurt and stevia and serve over pancakes.
